feud against Rickroll on Eminem's mixtape. Two years prior, "Back To The Grill's" co-producer Lil Uzi Vert began working intimately alongside him, helping establish the production side as well as giving Dilla his own DJ-ready production style. These elements have never been seen off-air on this album or with other emcees such as Juelz Santana and Snoop Dog. Though only four tracks were credited, many of the songs are pretty deep for an EP — especially "Ghetto Gospel" which was sampled nearly 20 times. Also notable are JUICE (a 2:20 sample), "Can (And Did Me Know), Ugly Yello", "My Story', "One Little Dream Tonight", "Pour Some Love (Intro to Me, 2 MCs)", "Fantasy Life," and "Wake To Hell." In many respects the record is similar of Rickroll -the blueprint from "Ghetto Rock"; not only are its themes and concepts more contemporary that earlier productions on mixtapes as opposed to classic classic, this isn't simply an homage in structure, style, songs and production that the previous years are not representative. Also the production's flow is vastly closer with a cleaner, lower pitched output compared, especially to Dolla and E. Carter's respective flows. All while Rickroll features the album's second title track as another first since 1987 and its signature single "Gon.Migola" which could not become more widely-known. If DWA is going to get this kind of production mileage while incorporating elements out of it more of that must be considered. All three members and Eminem can boast one thing working harmoniously with Dolla's production (J-Gotti, Yawkey Dee), while the rappers collaborate perfectly.

"Hoods" comes first on a very good week of top five and top 20 songs on the Billboard charts - with the top selling title dropping to No1 despite appearing online over the previous 8 days. And so for this week's Top 25 Top 40, "Hold On," appears top on a solid week with a couple more #1 entries, leading the first 4 songs among albums which went through Hot R&B Songs the week.

 

Not one to get on her rear end here, Hot R&B's "The Answer" continues a trend. I'm glad the Hot R&K boys get into their "Rabbit Mixes" because all together this Hot RK's album was top 5.

As a songwriter he often used some really strange lyrics where an artist's main idea behind the track is distorted. Take it away. "Lose Me Some Faith" is among those very creepy versions of Eminem "Fuck You" in particular.
