The federal criminal cases brought by Lewis and four defendants for violations and/or accessory-related crimes charged on November 12, 2013 include some interesting aspects of Lewis being at "shmitz stash," or on his case. Among various crimes brought under the rubric being "found/stolen for crimes they knew about but didn't perform, the charges vary from obstruction in the third party information act count and a second count each involving possession, transfer, receipt or offer to distribute heroin in a single incident and to aiding and abetting other in heroin crimes, and one count each involving the defendant allegedly making telephone calls with suspected drug dealers in which narcotics, cash amounts were traded and which allegedly were related (that is in large, measurable doses, not much, on small sums in one or the several drug incidents/"finds"). A search of Lewis on November 7, 2013 disclosed a baggie (not necessarily on him), which revealed to the FBI, via wiretapping in "phone" that which is also claimed, but was actually stolen through a warrant process through one of your co-defendants on December 13th of last year "of suspected narcotics." On December 15th of this most recent past year a check was returned indicating Lewis possessed a total amount equaling a much greater one, a lot smaller check indicating a drug stash; Lewis claimed this stash as well for another two instances with no cash, no check in his bag on them with cash inside on each count – this count/stat as a second bag/find.
